Periodically we do accept new artists. Please click here for more information on if we are currently accepting and how to submit your portfolio. 

Shipping

We ship all of our packages via UPS or FedEx. Shipping includes insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation. Please see the table below for shipping costs.

We currently only offer shipping to the US and US territories. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Signature confirmation is required and will be added to all orders. Once a package has been signed for, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We currently offer UPS ground shipping which typically arrives in 3-7 business days depending on your location and time of the year. Framing

Yes we frame! Framing page and options coming soon. In the meantime, send us an email at sales@portfoliobreck.com and we will be able to help match you with the perfect frame for your beautiful new artwork!

 

Gift Cards

You can purchase a gift card here

Select the gift card's total from the drop-down menu and add the name of the recipient. Click Buy It Now and follow the payment instructions. We'll email you a virtual gift card once your order has been confirmed.

Gift Card Expiration

All gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If you don’t use your credit within that time, your gift card will expire automatically. 

Accepted Payment Methods

Payment methods we accept:

  • American Express, Mastercard, Visa

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • PayPal (online only)

We currently do not accept Discover. We are unable to accept C.O.D.s, checks, travelers checks, or money orders. Cash is accepted in-store only.

Cancellations

If you change your mind after placing your order, get in touch with us at sales@portfoliobreck.com or give us a call at (571)-386-8481 and we’ll do our best to cancel it before it is shipped.

If the artwork has already been shipped, please reach out to us directly at sales@portfoliobreck.com. We are only able to accept unopened packages. We are not able to refund shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Return Policy

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds on original artwork.

Damaged artwork

In the unlikely case that your artwork arrives damaged, please email us with the details of your order and photos of the damaged piece. Once we've had a chance to review the damage, we will issue you a prepaid return slip via UPS. Please save and reuse the packaging material your artwork arrive in. Once you have repacked the artwork, attach the prepaid UPS label and drop off at your nearest UPS location. Once the damaged piece is returned to us, we will attempt to fix the damage. Once the issue is fixed, we will resend your package to you at our expense. If we are unable to fix it, we will then issue you a full refund, minus initial shipping costs. Please reach out to us at sales@portfoliobreck.com to begin this process.

Framed artwork

We are unable to accept returns on pieces that have been framed. If there is damage to the frame, please see our "Damaged artwork" policy and reach out to us at sales@portfoliobreck.com

Refunds

In the event that we have determined a refund is necessary, we will process your refund via original electronic payment method, credit card, or issue a store credit once the artwork has been returned and assessed by Portfolio Gallery. We are unable to issue returns via cash or check. In the event you paid with cash in-store, we will issue you a store credit for the same amount. We are unable to offer refunds on shipping.

Refunds back to your card or original payment method may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account depending on the provider.
